Description: Over one month's time in spring 2009, there were 128 homes foreclosed in Providence. Many of them were in my neighborhood. I had red balloons custom-printed and re-used a condo sign to display this statistic. Though I had interesting conversations with drivers-by, I felt this project wasn't complete with this installation.
