Envoy Hotel, a refreshing addition to Boston’s waterfront, focuses on catering to “visitors” as opposed to tourists. This sophisticated hospitality offering filled a gap in the need for a warm, contemporary space with service to match. Phrases such as ‘this way forward’ and ‘on the way to everywhere’ ensured personality and activated the environment, while a limited grey and yellow color palette tied everything together.

Custom furniture was built via local artists, including a tv stand mounted on a bicycle frame and a lamp/ladder pulled double duty in the room, referencing the efficiency of the limited space of a cabin on a ship.
